Road News from Car 54

Eventually some people pulled the stickers and numbers from their cars for the drive through Spain. We were told that even if you weren't speeding, you would still get a 350 euro ticket for road racing. Indeed it was true and almost everybody got one of these... except us!
Some people even pulled their plates so the cameras couldn't get em. Our own license plate got stolen later in Cannes, and it indeed kept us from getting a couple photo tickets. A couple cops in France and Holland asked me where my plate was..I told them about the rally etc, and that my plate was from California, and they both were like, "a yes, a collectors item here", and let us go without problems.
